WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER?

All socks are 100% NIKE and based on the NIKE size chart. Please choose your size based on the shoe size that you typically wear. As the customer, you are 100% responsible for choosing your sock size and making sure it’s the correct size. Any socks purchased that turn out to be the wrong size are at no fault of SWOOSH IT UP and cannot be returned or exchanged once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Each pair of socks are handmade to order  for you. In stock items will be processed in 7-14 business days, not including shipping time, Saturdays + Sundays and/or holidays. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. 


HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders will be shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped tracking number will be provided and sent via email. SWOOSH IT UP is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit . We do not issue refunds for packages lost or stolen. Also Please make sure your mailing address is correct. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. If a package is lost or delayed please contact USPS directly regarding lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If the postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue store credit (excluding delivery charges & handling fees). if you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order with the store credit issued. a package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to us.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SOCKS?

Do not wash with whites. Wash with like colors in cold water with mild detergent. Dry on low-medium heat.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

By purchasing from Swoosh It up socks  you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.

All sales are final - no order cancelations or amendments. If your shipping address is incorrect, please send us an email quoting your full name and order number within 24hrs. If mail is undelivered you are responsible for delivery cost to reship. 

Due to our made to order approach and hygienic reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
